For ease of self-identification, I’ve included a laundry list of services. Projects can include some or all of the below services, depending on needs.

Pardot

Discovery

  • Work with Marketing to document requirements across business units and liaise with internal departments like IT or Sales as necessary

  • Develop QA and testing plan

Setup and Configuration

  • Install and customize Salesforce Pardot connector and upgrading clients from the “Classic” Pardot UI to Pardot Lightning 

  • Add Custom Fields and map to Salesforce fields 

  • Configure Custom Objects and map to Pardot 

  • Set up CNAME and work with IT to add SPF and validation keys 

USER MANAGEMENT

  • Set up users and assign roles

  • Create user groups for round-robin sales assignment(s)

  • Create hybrid or custom roles

LISt MANAGEMENT

  • Export and de-dupe contact lists from 3rd party email systems

  • Mass import and list assignment

  • Create static and dynamic lists, develop automation rules to seed static lists or perform other actions

CAMPAIGNS, FORMS, LANDING PAGES

  • Develop campaign strategy and naming conventions

  • Set up campaigns and add campaign tracking codes as necessary

  • Form and Landing Page development, including light styling and ability to work closely with CSS designers 

EMAIL DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT / automation

  • Email template design, mobile-first development, and testing

  • Content entry and asset design

  • Develop Engagement Paths, from simple to complex (including the use of Custom Objects and intricate decision forks)

B2BMarketing Analytics (B2bMA)

Available with Pardot Plus and Advanced

  • Setup of five interactive dashboards provided by B2BMA

Salesforce

Discovery

  • Lead discovery meeting with project stakeholders

  • Document requirements across business units and develop QA and testing plan 

ADMINISTRATIVE
